so unfortunately international returns/exchanges are not available.
We're still learning but we plan to improve and get better so you'll have a better experience.

2. When will my order arrive?

The delivery turnaround time varies on the country you are ordering from.

Generally speaking, please allow up to 1-2 weeks for all international orders. (It seems to be taking longer due to the pandemic)

Before ordering from our shop, please keep this in mind. Thank you for your patience.

We’re NOT responsible for any extra customs charges or duties as these are the responsibilities of the purchaser.

6. Why is shipping so expensive?

Unfortunately, the shipping cost for international orders can get pretty expensive.

We're not trying to make a profit off of this D: Sadly right now It's the lowest we can give you.
Apparently, if the business is big enough to ship out more orders the shipping fee can go down..?
so I hope we will grow quickly and offer better shipping rates.

ALSO! We’re offering free shipping for orders above 200$USD

* Please note that due to the pandemic, shipping rates for certain countries may have increased.




7. I don’t see a shipping option for my country. 

Currently, for some countries (including most European countries), the shipping rates are higher than the shipping rate we put on our shop.
